The rules.

Right now: 0.10 SOL. It is max(0.10 SOL, the buy whose creator fee pays its own 15 s of airtime at the measured Odyssey cost). The Odyssey cost is not measured yet, so the minimum is the floor.

Your prompt rides in the buy’s memo: dcast:v1:<prompt>, max 80 characters, signed by the buying wallet. One steer per transaction; the first memo wins.

Bought somewhere else? Claim it within 2:00 of the buy with a signed message (no fee). The wallet must be the buyer and the buy must meet the minimum.

Your balance is read 3 s before your slot. If you hold less than the buy gave you, your prompt is skipped (“seller · skipped”) and the next steer airs. The buy stands.

A chapter is 2:30: the world, then 9 slots of 15 s; the last frame is held 2:25 to 2:30. At chapter end the biggest steer that aired and is still held writes the next world. Ties go to the higher holder-vote weight, then the earlier buy. Clips are confirmed only if the writer still holds at chapter end.

At most 2 steers per wallet per chapter; extras wait for the next chapter. The queue runs biggest SOL first, then earliest. Steers older than 6 chapters expire as “not aired”. The buy stands.

Prompts with slurs, gore, nudity or real people’s names air as [filtered]. The buy stands. Political, national, ethnic and religious framing is filtered too. A filtered prompt is never shown and is deleted after 24 h. Every frame is also checked before it reaches you; a flagged frame is cut and the dream rolls back.

Every 5 minutes, holders of 1,000,000+ $DCAST pick which of the two biggest waiting prompts jumps the line. Free, a signed message, weight = balance at close; a wallet that sold before close is dropped.

Creator fees are swept every 5 minutes: 80% dream runway (Odyssey minutes, paid by the operator off chain from the public runway wallets), 20% buyback + burn of $DCAST. Every sweep and burn is a row in the log with its transaction.

At runway 0 the picture freezes and reads DREAM PAUSED. Buys still queue and expire by the queue rule. Until the live Odyssey stream switches on, the picture is a pre-rendered dream loop played through the same broadcast gate, and it is labelled preview feed.

We never hold your keys or your SOL, never ask for a seed phrase, never send anything from your wallet except the one transaction you sign, never pay buyers, and never call the burn a price promise.
